I’m from Japan. I ordered a cc cream from Beautylish and they sent me the package from their warehouse in HongKong. However the item I received has only 3 months left in its shelf life and I can’t use it up in just so much short time like this so I wanna exchange for the newer one. Beautylish said if i return this i have to return the item to their warehouse in US and the returning fee is on me. I don’t understand why they sent me this from HongKong but i have to return it to US. The returning fee from Japan to US for sure is higher than from Japan to HongKong and even higher than the price of the item i bought. Moreover this is not my fault why i have to pay for the returning fee. I feel really disappointed about Beautylish customer service and I don’t think i will purchase at this site again.
Horrible company!! Expired makeup products. They took money from my cc when I sent the products back. Then they took more money from a card that wasn't even related to the order. SMH scam!!!

Terrible service I place order 06/05/2021 today’s 06/06/2021 my order hasn’t arrive yet! I got confirmation by email when I placed order I will receive my order between 17-19 May. However I have sent email asking about my order to Nils as beautylish who is CEO and co-founder of Beautylish. I never hear anything back from them what’s going on to my order. I need my money back! Not sure if this website a scammers!
I’ve ordered twice from this company now and both times have been blown away by the super-fast shipping to Canada. Literally the next day - from San Francisco to Ontario Canada. I can’t get an order from Home Depot up the road that fast. Duties are calculated at checkout so there’s no hassle with the courier. It arrives beautifully packaged and they always throw in some sample goodies. I don’t usually write reviews but in this Covid environment, our Province has been in lockdown for 6 weeks with shopping limited to essential goods only, I’ve relied heavily on online shopping. This company is doing it right.

Got a lucky bag the 26/12/2020, so i PAID the 26/12/2020 114.00 dollars, they shipped the bag on the 13/01/2021 (what says on their web site), everybody started receiving the bags starting from 19/01/2021 in the US, to Europe around the end of jan or last in feb 3, France,Germany,UK,Netherland and so on. On January 31 I sent an e-mail to beautylish asking why my bag was stuck in Belgium " Departure to country of destination" since 26 jan and they responded Do not worry Your bag just is in the process to leave Belgium to be delivered to Ireland, sent the same e-mail to Bpost and they responded Your bag left all ready n the 26 jan. e-mailed Beautylish again on the 7 jan asking about my bag, and without even offering another bag, they just cancelled my order and they write "is probably lost", in their web site is SPECIFIED that this kind of bags CANNOT be returned, now on their page my bag as the status as RETURNED ! So they can return the bag to please themself, but the customer CANNOT return the bag if is unhappy, And as i can see on you tube they replaced items damaged for some customers for the Lucky Bag, But I CANNOT have a REPLACEMENT of the LOST bag

And I hate to give 2 stars just because of customer service agent’s behavior.
My rating and review is purely for customer agent (female) who treated me rudely.
During oct 2020 gift card event I received bad customer service and was humiliated for my gift card money.
I think they hired some new staff who are dealing customers this way. Beautylish needs to take action immediately.
This website was great I had to order from the usa as uk stores had sold out of the item my partner wanted. The service was excellent and the item arrived to the uk after 10 days and a day earlier then the delivery time frame suggested. Items were in great condition overall a great experience thank you.
